By using the services of Chasin’ Your Tail Pet Care ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Chasin Your Tail Pet Care provides professional pet care services including but not limited to:

  • Dog walking

  • Pet drop-in visits

  • Pet sitting

  • Other pet care services as agreed upon

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • All services must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly

  • Service confirmations will be provided via email, Google Calendar invite, or text message

  • We reserve the right to decline service requests based on availability or other factors

  • First-time clients may require a meet-and-greet consultation

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at completion of services. Some longer term overnight stays may require an upfront deposit, as agreed upon at time of booking.

  • We accept various forms of payment as specified during booking

  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

  • All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your pet(s) including health conditions, medications, and behavioral issues

  • Ensure pets are up to date on vaccinations and provide proof when requested

  • Provide necessary supplies (food, medications, leashes, etc.)

  • Ensure your home is safe and accessible for our pet care providers

  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your pet's health or behavior

6. Our Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and reliable pet care services

  • Follow all instructions provided by the client

  • Maintain the safety and wellbeing of your pet(s)

  • Provide updates and communication as agreed upon

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding your home and personal information

7. Liability and Insurance

  • Chasin’ Your Tail Pet Care carries liability insurance for our services

  • We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions or behavioral issues

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to third parties

  • Emergency veterinary care will be provided at the client's expense if needed

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to client property except where caused by our negligence

8. Emergency Procedures

  • In case of pet emergency, we will contact you immediately and seek appropriate veterinary care

  • If you cannot be reached, we will use our best judgment to ensure your pet's wellbeing

  • Emergency veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the client

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties

  • We may use anonymous testimonials and photos for marketing purposes with your consent

  • Home security information and access details are kept strictly confidential

10. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for safety reasons or non-compliance with terms

  • Outstanding balances must be paid upon termination

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation

  • If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration
