24-Hour Cancellation Rule:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charge
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service: Full payment required
Overnight Pet Sitting Services
3-Week Cancellation Policy:
Changes and Cancellations More Than 3 Weeks Before Start Date:
Full refund available
Schedule changes accepted at no additional charge
No penalties apply
Changes Within 3 Weeks of Start Date:
Schedule changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Approval depends on availability and circumstances
A change fee may apply to significant changes of the time frame
Cancellations Within 3 Weeks of Start Date:
Cancellation fee of 50% of total service cost applies
Remaining 50% will be refunded
This policy helps us maintain our schedule and compensates for lost booking opportunities
General Cancellation Terms
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Services may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions for safety reasons
No charges apply for weather-related cancellations initiated by Chasin’ Your Tail Pet Care
Emergency Cancellations:
Pet health emergencies that require immediate veterinary attention
Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Documentation may be required for emergency cancellation exceptions
No-Show Policy:
If no one is available at the scheduled time and we cannot reach you, full payment is required
This includes situations where access to your home cannot be gained as planned
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking
Holiday and Peak Season Services:
Special cancellation terms may apply during holidays and peak seasons
Holiday policies will be communicated at the time of booking
